The TV is on behind me as I sit here and mess about on the web. An episode of Voyager has just finished and Fear Factor has started. Here is how two of the contestants introduced themselves as they walked onto the show for the first time:
“I need to remind people that I’m a Mexi-can, not a Mexi-can’t.”
“I think I’ll win this. I can see into the future because I’m a pisces.”
I don’t know about you, or the show, but those two sure as hell put the fear of all that’s good and holy into me. They get to apply to be on TV shows, they get to vote and they live in a country where you can buy guns.

Sarah, the “Mexi-can” I wouldn’t worry too much about, but what about the one that can see the future? They would know where to aim before I even knew which way to duck! :-D
Fortunately MCF I think the yahoos are the minority…alas they’re just good at getting on TV and making themselves VERY visible! ;-) If only the US and UK could arrange a “yahoo swap” service…we’d still have the same general level of goonery in the general population, but at least there would be some variety and novelty value! :-D

Bah… I’m a pisces, and I have almost no psychic ability at all.
I don’t believe in astrology, but sometimes reading my horoscope is entertaining. Here’s my horoscope for today:
Pisces: Don’t go out tonight, because the moon will be passing through Uranus.
Should I be worried? :)
